Whilst we are always happy to provide quotes or estimates, we are very old school and are of the opinion that fixed quotes result in one side winning and the other losing.

If a client requests a fixed quote, then we are obliged to add an uplift for unforseen issues, so the estimate is, by definition, higher than the cost we anticipate.

So, if we don't have any issues, our clients pay too much. Alternately, if we do find issues which exceed our estimates, then we lose out.

As we believe 'trust is a key part of a successful relationship in all aspects of life, with most of our clients we work on a time and materials basis. We do provide estimates, but if unforseen problems or opportunities arise, we keep or clients informed as to likely costs (and the justification) as we proceed.

Hourly Rate

Currently, our hourly rate for work is set at $150 ex GST per hour.
